HD-DVD vs. Blu-Ray...and the winner is....

Like the format wars of the 80's, it looks like the marketing behemoth has won. And the winner is.....Blu-Ray!!

Tons of HD-DVD players are going to be headed to the landfills!  I hope people are smart enough to recycle them with their local e-waste providers.

I think the only HD-DVD players that will live on past today will be the hybrid HD-DVD/Blu-Ray players (LG and Samsung made a few).

That Sony PS3 is looking pretty good now doesn't it?
